Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, home hospice aides, social workers, chaplains and more learns what matters most to each patient and their family. Hospice of the Panhandle is a non-profit organization providing expert care and support throughout Berkeley, Hampshire, Jefferson and Morgan counties in West Virginia.
