Jim Klein, Business Outreach Manager
Since 2002 Jim’s background has been higher education. He worked in the for-profit education side for nearly 11 years with a focus on admissions and outside sales. In 2013, he joined Shepherd University, non-profit education, with a goal to establish community partnerships to increase census.
Jim’s previous experience aligns well with the responsibilities for creating and maintaining the outreach development plan. He has worked a great deal in analyzing data which helps to create efficiencies and optimize recruiting strategies. He has the ability to take the product knowledge and compassion demonstrated by the clinical teams and help cultivate relationships which might lead to community partnerships and better overall outcomes.
