Dawn Dodson, Associate Broker for Pearson Smith Realty and has been a REALTOR® member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® since 2002. Dawn was President of EPBR in 2016, was elected the 2019 REALTOR® of the YEAR. She teaches Orientation to new members, approved to teach Continuing Education classes by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission, Pre-Licensing and Broker Pre-License classes for Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. Dawn received the Distinguished Service Award from the Eastern Panhandle in 2022 for her commitment to REALTOR® issues, making her an invaluable asset to the Easter Panhandle Board of REALTORS®. Dawn has served as a Director for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® since 2014 actively participating in all state level committees. During 2023 Dawn was presented with the WVAR Distinguished Service Award. Further demonstration of her commitment to all things REALTOR®.
