LOCATION:Hagerstown Flying Boxcars Meritus Park Parking Information Hub City Garage at 50 W. Antietam Street. Another option is the University District Garage at 25 N. Potomac Street\, which may also have special event rates. Both garages are within walking distance of Meritus Park.
